With Genshin Impact 3.6 well underway, more events are just around the corner. With the new update, we can expect new events, a new area, and amazing events coming to 3.6. In a prior article, i covered the main events now ongoing for players worldwide. Here, we will be going over the smaller events that will promise new mechanics and new gameplay experience. With that out of the way, let’s get started!
Hangout or Sleepover?
The first of the new events is the Genshin Impact Hangout Event Ever Silent Stars . Here, players will run into the ever-exhausted Akademiya Astrologist, Layla. Layla has a habit of overworking herself through her research. However, even when she gets a wink of sleep, she wakes up still exhausted. This is a result of another version of Layla, known as Nighttime Layla. She is eccentric and completes her research in a mere matter of seconds.
As a result, once the real Layla ‘wakes up’, finding her research complete. Although unaware of her second personality, she believes her completed research is due to the Blessing of the Stars. Either way, it’s very intriguing to learn more of Layla through this Hangout Event.
Genshin Impact; Fantastic Beasts and Rogue Hilichurls
Speaking of the new area, Realm Of Farakhkert, interesting enemies were revealed for the new area. To start with, The Hilichurl Rogues are capable of using Slimes as tools during combative situations. The Anemo Hilichurl can use an Anemo Slime in order to lift itself into the air. This is found to be an actual counter to Wanderer mains.
As for the Hydro Hilichurl Rogue, it uses multiple Hydro slimes to gain the upper hand in combat. The Hydro Slime is summoned and poked, launching bubbles to trap the player. Then, the Hilichurl kicks the slime, dealing AOE Hydro Damage to the player. Needless to say, these Hilichurls are definitely more of a challenge.
Lurking depper within the Realm Of Farahkert are mighty beasts, much fiercer than those located within the Desert of Hadramaveth. Both the Consecrated Horned Crocodile and Fanged Beast are capable of utilizing elemental energy, thanks to the powers from the Abyss. The Crocodile deals AOE Hydro Damage, and utilizes its Phagcytic Form to increase damage dealt. In addition, it generates energy blocks once it reaches half it max HP. Destroying these will stun it, disabling its elemental resistance.
As for the Consecrated Beast, it uses the power of Dendro, dealing rapid Dendro damage to the player with its consistent claw attacks. Once it reaches below half its health, the Fanged Beast will vanish into a mist of green smoke, striking the player from behind, dealing Dendro AOE damage. Just like the Crocodile, the Fanged Beast can generate energy blocks that also need to be destroyed.
With Genshin Impact providing players with fierce opponents, who knows what awaits us when Fontaine releases.
Hajanad returns once again to conduct research on a mysterious device. Each course will consist of three rounds, where you will face off against a swarm of opponents. Although these will be strong foes, the Brew will enable certain buffs to players attack, and elemental prowess. Of course, the higher score the higher the reward. Will you be able to conquer your foes and help the Akademia student in her research?
Genshin Impact; Wenut Slayer
Wenut activity is on the rise in Sumeru’s deserts, and it’s up to you to quell the beast. A researcher named Vinayak is tasked with deploying weapons to repel the Wenut from expanding its territory. Use your skills to defend the production of these machines, all the while evading the Wenut attacks.
I Beleive I Can Fly!
Within the Realm of Farakhkert, a small creature by the name of Sorush is hard at work becoming a powerful Pari. Sarush, a creature born from the power of Khvarena and Simurgh, can be used to solve a number of hidden quests and puzzles in the new area. You’ll be able to receive Sarush during the Genshin Impact Story Quest, Khvarena Good And Evil. With the help of this gadget, players will also be able to temporarily fly through various parts of Farakhkert.
Whether this will work outside the area, this remains to be seen. I’m looking forward to it, though, and where i’ll be able to go with it.
