Disney did it again, folks! On March 22nd, the company launched an official trailer revealing a new game, Mirrorverse. Additionally, a corresponding YouTube channel shortly followed, to showcase brief gameplay footage of specific characters. With another anticipated multiplayer game on the way, join us as we take a look at what we can look forward to.

Within the Disney universe lies the Mirrorverse. The Stellar Mirror, a portal-like structure, holds immense power for those who walk through it. Dark forces known as Fractured Magic attempt to invade it, to seek the power lying within. However, heroes and villains from various worlds arrive in order to defend against this corruption. Side-by-side, they stand against all odds in order to protect their worlds.
Available characters showcased in the trailer included Belle from Beauty and the Beast, and Sully from Monsters Inc.. However, more characters will also be joining the roster. These include:
- Aladdin & Jafar
- Stitch (Ex. 626)
- Baymax & Hiro
- Anna & Elsa
Additionally, each character that will appear in Mirrorverse will have redesigns to correspond with their roles. These include Melee, Tank, Ranged, and Support. In my opinion, this almost sounds like another League of Legends game, but we’ll see over time.
Disney and Kabam:

Kabam is an interactive entertainment company that helped develop Mirrorverse. Additionally, they developed other various game titles including Contest of Champions, Star Wars: Uprising, and Marvel United.
On April 14th, last year, they soft-launched the game in the Philippines. This received positive responses amongst the trial-goers. As a result, on March 31st, a reported 250,000+ pre-registered players were set to recieve the full game at a later date.
When Will Mirrorverse Be Available:
Disney’s Mirrorverse will be launched on June 23rd for IOS and Android devices. Available gameplay characters will vary.
