Marvel revealed the title for the new Spider-Man film earlier this year. That is to say, in February. According to Marvel, Spider-Man: No Way Home will release in theatres and on Disney+ on December 17th. This film will be the sequel to Spider-Man: Far From Home, and part of the MCU’s Phase 4. In addition, Tom Holland will be reprising his role as Peter Parker in the upcoming Marvel film.

Tom Holland was first introduced to the MCU as Peter Parker, back in Captain America: Civil War (2016). Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) recruits Peter Parker (Tom Holland) to aid in the arrest of Captain America in Germany. Tony sends Peter home, however, after the latter loses to Ant-Man.
After that, Holland returns once more in Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017). Peter discovers that a villain named Vulture (Michael Keaton) is hijacking and selling alien technology on the black market. Peter warns Tony about this new threat. However, he decides to take action when the latter appears to not care.
The English Actor returns a third time around in Spider: Far From Home (2019). Following the events of Endgame (2019), Peter Parker just wants to retain a normal life. However, things change when Nick Fury recruits him to work with a man named Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal). Mysterio explains a powerful group of monsters known as Elementals arrived to their earth via another dimension, same as him. Whilst Peter works with Mysterio to defeat the Elementals, there may be more to his story than meets the eye.
Tom Holland No Way Home Teaser:
Back In February, Marvel released a teaser featuring Tom Holland, Zendaya, and Jacob Batalon exiting an office space. In the teaser, the cast discuss Tom’s habit of spoiling anything related to Marvel. As they leave, they walk past a dry-erase board with the title Spider-Man: No Way Home placed in the center. This revealed the title for the upcoming Spider-Man film.
Shortly after, Marvel announced the film’s release set date for December of this year. The film was set to release on July 16th, but was pushed back to November 5th due to slow production. The film was then further pushed to December, though, due to Covid-19.
