Just when you think the DC FanDome is done, you get another surprise: the official store for DC FanDome is open as of August 22nd and ready to supply us fans with our DC superheroes and supervillains needs! Whether it’s clothes, original artworks, and more besides, the store has a lot to offer.
For instance, draw your attention to the new clothing inspired by the Wonder Woman 1984 movie! Adria Renee and Sarah Hambly, winners of the Her Universe Fashion Show design contest, created such wonderful wearables which are available for pre-sale at the DC FanDome shop. The clothes officially go for sale as of September 15th at sites Her Universe and Hot Topic.

New clothes inspired by “Wonder Woman 1984”! Picture credit to thepopinsider.com
The Her Universe Wonder Woman 1984 line includes items such as: a Wonder Woman logo track jacket priced at $54.90 in all the superheroine’s primary colors (though sort of resembling the Captain Marvel costume from the Marvel film of the same name), a Diana Gala Romper (chiffon over-skirt and a faux crossover top) as seen above at $54.90 inspired by her white dress in the movie, a pleated star-filled skirt also seen above at $32.90 with a gold chain on the waistline resembling Wonder Woman’s lower half costume piece with the golden Lasso of Truth, and more.
I can’t say in my classical male frame of mind that I would be into the clothes made possible by Her Universe… but that *doesn’t* mean I don’t have an eye for epic superhero clothes! I love when clothes stores make their wares closely resemble the look and color scheme of the central character they’ve chosen to base their line upon; it makes me feel just a little bit like a casual cosplayer by day, if you will. So looking at these clothes, I think shoppers will be pleased.

As if that weren’t enough, there is a sweepstakes going on. Do you love the Supergirl TV series from The CW? Do you also love LEGO? Then enter for a chance to win an exclusive LEGO Supergirl mini-figure. The figure looks pretty cool in Supergirl’s latest costume from the series. True I’ll miss the red skirt look classic to her image, but things do move on after all. Click here for the contest rules.
